• Invites: Email addresses of other people you invite to join the service.
• User Created Content: Any content you have created or moved into a syncing or sharing part of the service, which are hosted in the cloud for access across devices and/or users.
• Anonymized Statistics: User interaction data, such as time used and interactions performed, that cannot be connected to any specific user and does not include any user-generated text or context.
• Active Periods: Certain usage data that can be connected to your account for compliance with data retention policies. If your account is part of an organization, the data is also used for billing purposes.

• Microsoft Forms: Your initial signup information is collected and stored securely in Microsoft Forms.
• Email Providers: In order to communicate with you regarding beta access, services, updates, and feedback requests, your email address will also be processed and stored by our email service providers.
• Database: Upon joining the services, your name, email address, and any other additional information provided when using the services, such as synced or shared user-generated text, will be stored in a secure database hosted in Europe. This is necessary to provide the ability to log in to the service, manage your account securely and efficiently, and give access across devices.
• Cloud Storage Service: Other user-generated content created or moved into a syncing or sharing part of the service, such as images, large texts, and audio files, are stored in a cloud storage service in Europe.

We ensure that all data storage locations comply with GDPR requirements and implement robust security protocols to safeguard your personal information.

If you explicitly share content using our services by creating or moving content into a sharing part of the services, you agree that this content may be shared and sent to other users as part of the service functionality.

Data Retention

Personal information stored using Microsoft Forms will be retained only until you join the beta testing program. Upon joining the beta, your information will be transferred from Microsoft Forms to our secure database for the purpose of accessing and using the service.

If you never join the beta, your personal information collected through Microsoft Forms will be deleted after the beta period ends.

We will retain your personal information for as long as you are actively using the services. If your account remains inactive, your personal information will be retained for a maximum of three years from the date of last activity. After this period, your data will be securely deleted or anonymized.
